Katherine Jean Bolduan known by the title Kate Bolduan in her profession is a journalist of American heritage. Best known for anchoring the CNN morning program At This Hour, Bolduan is an American journalist on the broadcast. She was also co-anchored CNN morning programs New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan has been a part of CNN's award-winning coverage of the 2012 presidential election and in 2016. She has also served as a correspondent for Congress based in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan was a reporter for legislative and congressional activities, like the negotiations for raising the ceiling on federal debt as well as super committee meetings. As a general assignment reporter she's covered events like that of the Christmas Day bombing in 2009 and the Supreme Court ruling on Obamacare. The journalist joined CNN the year 2007 to become a correspondent for the national news for CNN Newsource.
