Constance Marie

Constance Constance Marie Lopez was born on September 9th, 1965. The actress is an American actress. Most well-known are her parts in George Lopez (2002 - 2007) and Marcela Quitanilla (mother Selena) in Selena (1997). She played Regina Vasquez in the ABC Family/Freeform drama series Switched at Birth (2011-2017). She is currently playing Camila Diaz in Amazon Prime Video's drama series Undone (2019). Marie started acting when she was when she was in her teens. In 1988, she landed the role of Salsa. Other film and television credits include Early Edition, Dirty Dancing, Selena, Spin City and Ally McBeal. Marie was selected to play the role Angie Lopez on the ABC comedy series George Lopez. Marie was the main character in the comedy-drama Tortilla Soup, alongside Jacqueline Obradors and Hector Elizondo. Marie also appeared on the PBS drama series American Family. Her own clothing line, "The Constance Marie collection" was introduced in October 2007. She also appeared in an advertisement for PETA that year encouraging pet owners to spay/neuter their animals. 3. Marie was the lead character in Switched at Birth on ABC Family/Freeform between 2011 and 2017. She was Regina Vasquez (the birth mother of one baby and the legal mother of the other).
